Tony
Bennet and Frank Sinatra Homepage
Hi. my name is Dave.
I have recently updated my web page. So, now there are new songs
on this page. Since Fortune City has added more web
space. I will be able to add another artist to this page. This web
page is dedicated to two of the best Italian crooners that America has
ever seen.
Tony Bennet began his career
in 1950 with Columbia records. His credits range from being the first
white vocalist ever to sing for the Count Basie Orchestra as well as being
one of the highest regarded singers for the past, present, and future.
He has achieved over forty years of high quality recordings which he credits
to his success. He still records with Columbia records today.

Frank Sinatra began his first
recording career with the Harry James Orchestra in 1939 for Columbia records.
Sinatra stayed with the orchestra for six months and then joined the Tommy
Dorsey Orchestra in 1940 for RCA bluebird records. He performed with
Tommy Dorsey for two years then went on to do a solo career. he signed
back with Columbia records in 1943 and stayed with them until 1952.
He then signed with Capital records in 1953 and that was when his career
really began to take flight. He stayed with the record company until
1961 when all his friends began to sign with Reprise records which he stayed
with until 1988. He then began his series of duet recordings in the
1990s for Capital records again with various stars and retired at the age
of 79 in 1994.
